My mother broke her screen in her labtop. She bought a new one and gave me hers. I installed a new screen and it wors. I changed the name the computer to "SANTOSSIX" and now I can't download anything. Software for printers, pictres that are emailed to me, etc. It says access denied. I tried following the path where it is being downloaded to and changingthe setting to allow me access, but I couldn't find the hidden files and could't get to it. The confusing thing is that the user SantosSix is the same as my mom except name. It says it still has administrator access. Any suggestions?Ali (ME)
